Current Dues for the year 2026 are $250/lot. Recorded Planning Commission approved Merger deeds are required for consolidation of lots. 2027 dues are proposed at $275/lot.
Civil filings for ALL past due balances for the year 2025 are beginning. Please contact support@kfama.org to make arrangements to pay your balance.

The 2027 budget mailing has gone out. Please review the 2027 Budget Notice & Info. for information regarding a number of changes in the upcoming months. Keep an eye out for further information as we welcome KPM onboard. As always, if you have any questions, please reach out.
